• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

• If the recipient is unavailable, our driver may leave the arrangement in a safe location or contact the recipient to coordinate delivery.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.

• Prices, products, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
